Shipping & Returns
The following table serves only as a reference.
The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, dependent on the shipping address,
weight and size of the banknotes. All available shipping methods and the exact costs will be displayed
at checkout, prior to confirmation of the order.
Banknote-Online assumes the risk for shipping and transportation.
All product prices are fixed as inclusive of VAT but plus postage.
We assume the full responsibility for the shipping. In case of loss or damage during transport we replace the banknotes or refund the money.
The amount of postage depends on the shipping method and the chosen products (notes, books and / or accessories). Self pickup is in all cases with prior appointment possible.
Shipping costs will be caculated automatically in your shopping cart and will be displayed before you place your order. Please refer to our calculated shipping packages to the following table (for some oversized banknotes the following table may not apply):
