The shipping and transportation risk is banknote online.
All product prices are fixed as inclusive of VAT but plus postage.
We assume the full responsibility for the shipping. In case of loss or damage during transport we replace the banknotes or refund the money.
The amount of postage depends on the shipping method and the chosen products (notes, books and / or accessories). Self pickup is in all cases with prior appointment possible. If an express or express items are desired, see the additional costs for separate inquiry.

Generally we would like to remind you that we sold in our packages, not every cheapest shipping method can represent. Feel free to contact us any time at the most convenient for you, depending on the shipping option to order desire to agree.
At * 1: Package shipping to Austria, we can after consultation and taking into account the delivery time may reduced to 4.50 EUR.
